The Carpenters Arms

We've turned the bar area into a traditionally furnished pub with plenty of comfortable seating, and intimate lighting from chandeliers. There's a back room too, outdoor heated patio and, most importantly, an excellent selection of drinks.

Although a little tucked away, this is a popular place, often being standing room only. Perhaps it's the great selection of international beers and the fantastic food (try the bunless burger !)

Olivia

cosy pub with excellent beer and lovely cottage pies , seconds away from busy and adorable brick lane. sunday roast and scotch eggs are also a safe bet.

Disappointing. We had the 2 types of roasts they offer and a fisherman's pie . Yorkshire puddings were both overlooked, beef was veiny and chewy, fish and seafood chewy too, salad overdressed
