It has changed a lot since the first time I stepped in this mall in 2005! It has deteriorated. Too bad.. :-( Napag-iwanan na sya ng Abreeza and SM Lanang. And Gaisano is working hard to level-up.

From being the pioneer upscale mall in the city to a dirty and decrepit tianggehan. I hope that the owner and management would restore this Davao City landmark to its former glory.
