No longer a Pho 2000 since 2016. It's now a Subway Restaurant , sandwich shop .
Bill Clinton ate here during his visit and so do a lot of tourists . But the majority of the place is frequented by locals. Good, fast pho .
The pho is blan. The rice noodles are stale; however the fried shrimp spring rolls are amazing.
Beef noodle soup . The soup is a must-try. Dont forget to squeeze in the lime :-)
Food was outstanding. Make sure you have some spring rolls . Staff weren't great though.
