Apparently has good foods in the morning. However do visit this area at night. Many foods around. Kueyteow by an old uncle is very good and the mee goreng by the Indian.

Breakfast I love the curry mee under the old tree by old aunty. Evening I love the individually cooked noodles/rice soup with pork/fish. I love the char mee suah & fried rice by an old uncle .

Came back here after many years. Hokkien Mee is still good. Char Koay Kak is really good.

Curry noodle : There r 2 stalls selling this sweat-inducing dish @ junction of Penaga & Ipoh roads . Fragrant chilli paste makes a gr8 diff!

Beh Teh Saw (local pastry w molasses filling): Ea time we buy a packet of dis snack fr any random hawker, it has turned out yummy. Supplies has come as far as Kedah & Taiping!

The "Char Koay Kak " (Stir fried rice cake ) is awesome! After 8pm only.

try the glutinous balls here! they have chocolate ,peanuts ,durian ,black sugar flavored inside the balls. choose hot fresh milk as the soup will be awesome
