No real negatives other than there's not much within walking distance. The restaurant and sports bar are great!

Checked in and the Hotel lost their Internet service. Called Front desk and was told to call Internet provider to request assistance. Called Ramkota's provider, obtained a Trouble Ticket..continued...

pool is fun 4 the kids but the pool police hv nothing better 2do than patrol 4 wrist bands EVEN IF UR NOT SWIMMING!! Don't come here 4 birthday parties or events cuz u can't watch your kids swim !

The indoor pool is the best!

On the Ramkotas behalf since the provider could see that they lost Internet service. Gave the front desk the ticket number and told them to follow up. They did not...no service all eve..

For a Best Western Hotel , this hotel has seen better days. Rainwater was pushed under the exterior doors and the room was infested with various insects.

Individual who checked me in knew I have kids who were going to swim...the Management of this Hotel NEEDS TRAINING...!!!..PLACES ALL BLAME AND LEG WORK TO CUSTOMERS...

Had to ask"Say, What Kinda Motel Is This Anyway?" When clerk called at 9:20am to ask me about my late checkout? Right after housekeeping knocked upon my door at 9:15 WITH a Do NOT Disturb on my door?

Checked in 5 days later, was told kids needed wrist band to swim after going to pool. Went to Front desk to get them. Rude employee said my fault for not requesting when I checked in with kids...

The waterpark is great, but the pool floor is like sharp sandpaper...ouch.
