Visiting the area? A day-pass is $5.00. Also, there's a large weight room with great equipment.
Go swimming on Saturdays and Sundays; they are much quieter , and many lap lanes are available.
Great staff and choices for cardio ..
The parking here is awful. Between people working out, parents getting daycare kids, etc. you will always have to wait for a spot.
