Love this pub . Full of character and always fun to be there. Enjoyed the live performance as well .
Nice to see Father Ted made it all the way to New Zealand. More of a bar then a pub experience but it's the best I can expect 11,000 miles from home.
This place has got the best Guinness I have tasted in NZ. I Like Guinness and have drunk many a pint over the years. This is as good as you get in NZ. Marvelous !!

Reasonably priced and with mostly a good atmosphere. If you were planning to stay here until very late, then look elsewhere; it closes at around 1:00am. - Xavier V
