Trinh has been serving up excellent Pho for a long time, both here and on Ellice prior to here. Get the beef satay noodle soup (rice noodle ) or the tofu instead of beef . Best in the city .
The pho is out of this world, get the biggest size. But be warned it has cilantro in it, so ask for them to omit it if, like me, you don't like it.

Not the best pho I've had (I'm not sure there is any above average pho in Winnipeg), but they're the only place in town I've been to that actually does it rare.
