After our first visit we thought there were a few things to iron out... Having been invited back to experience the tapas you can see why Arzak has the reputation it has built! Well done!
Delicious Basque style Spanish fine dining with great texture and flavour combinations across all the courses.
Ametsa’s approach is rooted in the traditions of ‘New Basque Cuisine’, pairing the earthy flavours and techniques of Spain’s Basque region with modern, surprising twists.
Amazing people serving amazing dishes... To try the fish and sweet... Delicious!
Exquisite dish presentation and service and ingredients cooked just right. However, food is not good enough to be Michelin star worthy or worth the price of £115 for the tasting menu . Disappointed!
Perfect place for a special dinner for couples. The food is fabulous and the presentation impressive.
Starters - shared plates of pulled pork , squid and crab paste Mains - fish/veil Dessert - baked apple
High quality food. Great wine , sherry and Orujo. Excellent service . Shame about the room.
Amazing food!!! Taste sensation! Never had poached egg this good - 'from egg to hen' is amazing!!!
Very good tasting menu deal thru bookatable. Highly recommended!
Fantastic flavours and really innovative dishes.
Alternative afternoon tea drawing on the Basque cooking traditions.
High quality service and amazing tapas !!!
Tasting menu with wine / sherry
The tasting menu was exceptional
We found that, apart from the apertivos, the rest of the menu was thoroughly underwhelming for vegetarians
Great regional dishes
Subpar service. Weak wine list . And forgettable food. Nothing like the real Arzak in Spain ! It oughtta be named Ametsa with Arzak (MISGUIDED) Instruction.
If this restaurant has one thing spot on, its the decor
Completely uninspiring and totally disappointing. Not anywhere close to the Arzak namesake. Dishes were bland, tasteless and mediocre. The wine pairing was the highlight of the tasting menu . 2/10
Отличное меню. Вкусная еда. Хорошее обслуживание .
尝了午餐tasting菜单,不如期待的好,环境还可以。
It absolutely worth the one star Michelin. I had dinner in the part called “The Counter” and all the dishes were really tasty and delicious. I recommend the Tarteleta, it’s amazing! - Edoardo Portoraro
Amazing amazing food here. Calves liver on cauliflower puree (specials menu) was excellent. All complimented by excellent sherries. - Matt Ta-Min
