IMO one of the best hotel in terms of its strategic location, accessibility to carrefour & shopping mall below. Many food options to try. Rooms & service are not bad. Water's kinda salty & yellowish.
Food Exchange in Novotel has a wide range of delicious Asian and continental dishes. Nasi Goreng was one of my favorites there. The service is quick and the staff is very helpful and kind.
Great hotel in Mangga Dua area. Also have a big ballroom for events ..
Most of the staff don't speak English. No basic amenity i.e. shower cap, hair conditioner, & etc provided. The only staff who's impressive is a young lady from housekeeping who was gracious & polite.

great parking, great convention centre, great pool, great room but the environment in the hotel still a lil too dim (dark). I prefer the light shinny themen inside the hotel. - Rakhman Muliawan
