They had a room ready for me at 10am and also offered a late check-out. I had a delicious cheeseburger from room service and a yummy chocolate croissant from Starbucks. I would stay here again.

Great location for a mobile work station and meetings near the LAX airport . Lobby has wi-fi, TVs , its own Starbucks and reasonably priced food and drinks in the lounge .

Hotel room, view of the airplanes landing is nice too. The only gripe is the parking situation. No free parking anywhere and self park costs 12.95 /day . Valet is even more expensive at $33 /night.

4 things made my most recent stay here worthwhile: a snazzy fitness center all to myself, a breakfast buffet almost worth the hotel price, 90s hip hop jazz covers on the PA, and Antonio, bless him.

This is a very nice hotel . Everyone is professional from check-in, concierge , housekeeping, everyone. I highly recommend this place when in LA.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are very nice and spacious . The service is definitely not in sync with the building. Non-attentive waiters and unprofessional staff

When you check in, ask for a room facing the airport . Seriously. You can't hear the planes but watching them land in the early am is pretty neat.

Leave your keys with the valet to make a quick Starbucks run for your friend on the redeye from NYC...

This is a newly remodeled hotel . Staff are A Plus. Ask for Diane Cheek or Coco Ruby. We were treated special. Jonathan and Ruby gave breakfast vouchers . AAA staff .

Good location near the airport and good and spacious rooms . If you want a bathtub in your room, make sure to emphasize at check in.

Excellent service here. Something not to your liking? They'll promptly fix it. Very customer-oriented approach, complete opposite of their Starwood Hotel cousin--the Westin--also on Century.

Great hotel right by LAX. Quick access to El Segundo and Manhattan Beach .

TO ALL UBER DRIVERS bathrooms here are way better than Burger King or the crappy portable bathrooms in the lot but it's a secret so don't tell

Eat at the lobby bar for dinner instead of Paparazzi's. The food is great and it's at least 1/2 the price.

The biggest problem with this hotel is the atrocious valet service . It can take twenty minutes to get your car in the morning. And there's no self parking option. Infuriating.

Very closed to LAX airport . Free airport shuttle every 15-20 mins. Starbucks in the hotel (open from 5:30am - 6pm Mon-Sat / 5pm on Sun.) Subway Sandwiches is near by for a minute walk.

There is trolley to Manhattan beach , shopping centre and plaza el segundo. It's five bucks round trip. Much cheaper than a cab. Ask the valet about it!

The new club lounge is quite nice. Very sleek and lots of seating.

Bring sandals for the pool deck. It's not comfortable for bare feet.

If you aren't lazy, skip the shuttle and walk. The hotel is a quick 12 minute walk up W. Century Blvd. Safe neighborhood with airport cops all over it and its as long as the shuttle on a good day.

Cash and points is a great way to increase your stays for SPG platinum status. One of the better and more affordable Sheratons around.

The best and only place to use the restroom if you are Ubering avoid the Burger King at all cost.

Do your research first! They do not have free conveniently located parking . It's behind the hotel , a pretty far walk & they had told me it was $17 a day. No in and out. Room wasn't ready on check in:(

Go eat, drink, and be merry at the Paparazzi bar . Way cooler than the lobby bar and the bartenders are awesome! Ask for Horacio.

Excellent staff here - everyone is so friendly - you just feel at home.

The bar service was nice though the restaurant is closed on Sundays. Had the best Chicken Quesadilla ever. :)

Can't believe the bedsheets have lots of smudges

The room is fine, the view is nice and the breakfast was ok. However, there's no free parking , free wifi , not even free vanity kit!!! Probably my first&last visit.

Good location and nice pool area

I don't think what you pay in the Italian restaurant worth it! Really small the plates and it's not a big deal, it could be one of the 10 best Italian restaurants but the food isn't taste like that.

Seems nice enough. Lots of airlines use this as a place to stop when they screw up!

Love these rooms they are like tombs to sleep in you can't hear a thing great sleep awaits!!!
