Staff here are super helpful! Though we only speak English, they really tried their best to help us. Supermarket is located right oppt the hotel where the entrance to the carpark is. just walk dwn.

Ask for salad . All that came is cheese and tomato and pesto dressing . And not a single green of leaf!? Thats salad ??

Great service and friendly staff . They give you the first four bottles of water in the room for free, which is a nice added bonus.

Go get the discount pack from the hotel for 4 euros. Inside u will get good discounts for bus tour and entrance tickets. Better than buying the tickets directly from hotel .

Domino's pizza and convinient store is on the left of the hotel . U cant miss it. Good connection but poor in making internet calls.

Request for a room with windows. Also check you are not too far from wifi router.

The room is very nice but there is a problem with the wifi conection . not working at all only in the lobby.

Asked to change room. didn't bother to check. A bold answer. "No room. Try tomorrow" and don't care. When insisted, They just andswer flatly. Room are reserved . (thought all rooms are full?!

Pls chk yr bed sheets. Have seen blood stains or stains on the bed sheets. Rooms so clean they smell of clorex detergent. But on the whole clean .

2-3star hotel.Comfy rms but not so well equipped gym.Wifi connection is slow n sometimes down.Service staff friendly but never around to help if u have a problem or rm problems.Worst on weekends.

Room service is not fantastic. Not many choices n very small portion. Ask for bread n they gave only 1 without any butter or jam with it. Eat out is the better option.

Avoid rooms at low levels if you don't want this nice view on a wall...

Lieve mensen bij de receptie. Goede bedden. Waanzinnig ontbijt . Ober loopt rond en schenkt cava en verse jus. Vers fruit, goede kaas, salami's . Alles!

O hotel é ótimo, limpo e fica em uma região muito boa. O atendimento foi perfeito e as pessoas muito cordiais.

A internet " Wi-Fi" do hotel é péssima. Os quartos são bons, mas achei o valor alto pelo que oferecem.
