Its a cozy Home away from home! A better hotel than Thistle JB of course!

Check-in was fast. Receptionists were very aware of people waiting and had several temporary counters for guests to check-in. The rooms however is a bit old. But no worries, it is very clean .

Despite looking severely run down on the outside, (please paint the hotel exterior!!) the rooms are spacious and clean , beds are comfortable , service was good, food was tasty. Did not regret!

For Ramadhan iftar, for a round table , they put 12 chairs. I think the more appropriate number is only 10 chairs.

Pls be informed that Mutiara hotel normal check in time is 3pm onwards. We are doing our best level to do our turn over on the room.

Ask for room 614 for a family room as there is a double bunk bed with a football theme

Free internet, checkout 24 hours from check in... If chk in 4pm, chk out also up to 4pm next day at no coat. Good idea.

It's 2015, but Mutiara is still among the top of its game

Mei San is really good. Capri is also pretty good Italian food . Holiday Plaza is next door for some simple shopping.

After renovation, the hotel room is upgraded very much and nice. Service is good and prompt.

Not very well maintained. Lobby looks nice and new but the rooms are not as good. The beds are old. The toilet tiles are outdated and toilet fittings are old.

One of the worst hotel I stayed...swimming pool is bad,so as the gym as well ....service is so rude at the receptionist...supposed to stay 4 weeks,check out soon and move to KSL..

To Muslim, plse verify Qiblat direction.. The different is quite obvious.. Hopefully Hotel Mgmt taken action to rectify it..
