Manager please look into ur operation staff , dinner time only 1 counter open.. u trying to save cost or what and u compromise service.. please dont compromised ur standard..
Today’s visit was disappointing. The originals were without any drumstick , wing & thigh pieces. The only pieces left were dried up breasts ????
My last visit & review was in 2017. Sad but experienced the same thing this visit. Very poor customer service experience for this outlet & brand.
Need more staff to clean up.
