Restrooms on second floor always have an element of chance. Some sinks work, but soap dispensers are over non-working sinks. All change daily and at random. Much fun.

If you want to park in Maryland garage after 9 a.m., drive up to sixth floor. The spaces are usually full on floors one through five.
