My fave library where books = booze goes to KL's The Library. They got real good band too (Saturday night) that plays up-to-date songs.
It's loud , casual and serves a satisfying amount of cocktail , liquors , beers and non-alcoholic drinks. Be warned though, the staff can be quite a pain in the ass.

Worth trying the set lunches ! Thumbs up to the mushroom aglio olio but if you don't enjoy spicy food , better let them know to make it less spicy . 😜

Good place to chill and chat, music was not loud (I visited at 3 pm). Friendly staff and a soothing ambience.
Sit outside so the music doesn't gets too loud on you and so you can have some conversation without shouting to each other.
Quite sure it has the cheapest beer in Mid Valley! And this is a good thing! Nice ambience and all...

Night vibe is good but if library decides to come up with a lunch promo at least have enough waiter to serve properly. Food arrive 40min later. Excuse? A lot of order but there were only 3 tables.

Beer is remarkably watered down - both flat and bland. Steer clear and head to Chilli 's or even Morganfield's for a much better pint. Even the happy hour pricing won't redeem this place.
