This is my favorite BA lounge . It’s spacious , the food is pretty good and the best part?! You board directly from the lounge ????

Excellent service - friendly and with witt! Well-stock bar and fingerfoods.

Be aware that all flights don’t board directly from the lounge . If your gate number is a single digit then you need to go through the terminal.

Very relaxing atmosphere

This lounge is decidedly average; the food resembles buffets from the 70's, the decor certainly isn't Osborne and Little and the WiFi reminded me of early modem days.

Not so bad, there are hot foods and sofas are clean . Compare to other lounges in the US, it's actually a better one.

Cannot believe people compare lounges to T5. If you travel enough you know that none ever compare. This lounge in not the worst in the world by a long shot!

Probably the worst lounge we've visited. Always busy, hot and with very limited selection of food and no special meals.

Shockingly poor for a BA lounge . Grab some snacks and then go and sit upstairs again. No meal for Gold unless flying Club or First. Boo!

innovation arrives here: houmous on the bar

Spend as little time as possible here. It's cramped, dark and depressing. No natural light in fact no windows at all.

Bland basement bar . No workstations. So-so food. No Elemis Spa , like T5. Unimaginative, but there is a bar !!!! :-D

To remain fair : all Terminal E lounges are in the basement , none has an outside facing window, and the BA lounge is one of the better ones in this terminal.

Depressing lounge : this is in the basement of the airport without any daylight...

Pretty poor for international club lounge . LHR lounge so much better. But that's Boston, not into details.

Скепсис? Отнюдь. В 5:15 появляется норм буфет , а посадка в А380 происходит прямо из лаунджа. Абсолютно уникальный экспириенс! А вот паксам 1-го класса - сочувствую. Отличий кроме а la carte корма нет
