Clam chowder (I prefer white over red) is quite good. It has a nice strong clam taste, which I think is a good thing (otherwise one might as well just have a ham-and-potato chowder ). Friendly staff .
Best chowder anywhere. Northwest Chowder beats New England hands down.
Typical Ivar's menu. Fish and chips , chowder is great. But the service here is fantastic!
