we try its not everybody in the store so don't judge a lot of these people r new and we r training them some of us have been with the co. for 9yrs we know what were doin just relax

Watch out they charge for sauce when you should get it with your meal! Ordered onion rings and got charged .25 cents!

If you want it your way, make sure not to drive off/walk away without knowing that it is first. They don't know the concept that extra ketchup means more than a teaspoon...
