Add more power outlets in the room. Especially next to the bed.

My room was smelly from the age old & worn carpet, the TV channels were unclear, the water occasionally turned yellow..

Bring an extension power plug, not enough power points in the room.

The family room is terrible. Very dusty and the toilet is just so small. They dont provide mineral water in any rooms and they should have more plug points.

Housekeeping was horrible, only cleaned the beds & left everything else untouched! Need more power points . With the rm150+ rate, could do more for customers

Rate sederhana, could really do better with the booking service and room maintenance.

Cafe is nice but the room should upgrade and the tv is out of order (channel worse only can see a rain and zig zag)

Karpet kotor, plug tk cukup/ takde langsung utk kegunaan sbb semua digunakan utk TV & fridge,aircond masalah,bilik air kecil,parking susah , Hotel Seri Malaysia should be ur last option for ur vacation
