Great location. Fabulous outdoor pool and the pool bar . Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really localized. The room deco is kinda old but definitely comfortable .

Just Sheraton and nothing more. Actually on a beach ! Very good Vietnamis coffee in outdoor cafe and spectacular view from the bar on the roof.

Excellent welcome from the management team. Russian manager on duty was superbly attentive and helpful. Stay at Starwoods often but this is highly rated by me.

Various dining options are available here; you'll love Steam N' Spice which offers the best dim sum and noodles in the city .

Sheraton cafe (Toastina) a good one! Nice sweets, great dinner , very good coffee ! Price however is very high.

Everything is just right, from the food to the staff , the views , location, the rooms!

Beautiful hotel with great accomodation at Nha Trang. However, the receptionists are not friendly and have poor reaction when I need their help. I'll choose another 4 stars hotel instead of Sheraton

Receptionists are not friendly , including the Russian manager who forgets (or just doesnt want) to say welcome wit smile after checkin. Surprisingly the room cleaners, bar waiter ,bath repair r not so!

The mocktail Mach 5 is great.
