Good Apple Store, fully stocked with all the latest Apple products. Service is top notch and the staff was very helpful with an iPhone I bought in the U.S.

If the Genius' say your broken iDevice can't be repaired, and you need to pay for a refurbished one, head to BuyNow market and get it fixed there. I saved 1000rmb fixing my cracked iPad screen.

If you've reserved an iPhone 4S you should go to the upstairs entrance to line up instead of waiting for the store to open downstairs.

Didn't have the time to book a genius bar ? Just walk to 2nd floor and talk to one of the staffs , they will help u find a genius straight away.

I also spent over 1k on two simple accessories and did not get a bag. Apparently government makes them charge 1rmb per bag now.

Don't be surprised if you find solicitors at the exit of the Apple Store, they will try to sell you iPhone 4 or any sold-out items.

You need your passport to use a foreign credit card so they can check name.
