Most amazing burrito bowl of all time taste-wise. Problem is the lunch to-go line moves at the speed of snail. It's a constant struggle whether the amazing food is worth the agonizing wait
Fun and sometimes crowded soot from Stephen Starr's restaurant group attracts hordes of finance types. Go for the tacos al carbon , which are an extraordinarily good deal and feed far more than 2.
Pistachio goat cheese guac is great, as is the mango-jicama flavor. Try out the sangria . If you're in the mood for a frozen drink , get the blood orange . Also, this place gets crowded .
I go here quite often and have tried a lot of the menu. The chicken tacos or mission burrito is the best. The plantains are also a must have.
Blood orange margaritas are a must. Pair them with the queso fundido and chips and quac for appetizers . Crispy fish soft tacos and the soft carnitas were very tasty. The menu is great for sharing.
Adjacent to the restaurant is a DIY burrito shop, featuring a calorie salvo known as the Frito Pie Burrito , with ground beef , rice , beans, green chili queso , salsas , sour cream , and Fritos . Read more
Order the massive plate of nachos because they're topped with jalapeño , cheese , and chorizo that's spread out on a pan -- instead of piled up -- to maximize each chips toppings. Read more
Nachos as an app between 2 was filling so finished off with the cured salmon , green apple and sour cream ceviche $13 & the lime marinated snapper $13. Classic margarita with agave and lime $11.
Reliable Mexican fare and a fun vibrant environment. Prickly pear margarita ftw. Enjoy!
Amazing burrito bowls with way more options than you find most places. And sometimes they hand out snacks while you wait in line !
Everything is great! We have tried every taco option. If there's 2 of you, get the Tacos Al Carbon built for Two & start with the "bazooka" guacamole !! This is a great addition to Battery Park City !
It's all good but the grab and go breakfast burritos are the best I've had. They started doing a weekly special breakfast burrito as well . Hidden breakfast gem
The tacos for two are perfect for two people and so delicious! Order a side too and chips and guacamole obviously! The skinny Paloma marg is delish
Love the ambiance here. Good for groups and dates. Tacos are a bit small but delicious. The margs are solid too, especially the red pepper one.
Amazing winter igloo set up. Perfect for the cold, corona virus winters. Make sure to make a reservation online to reserve one for a group of up to 6.
This Philly favorite landed in Battery Park City last spring, bringing with it upscale takes on classic Mexican (tacos , enchiladas , ceviches ) and a few regional specials. Zagat
Fantastic Stephen Starr restaurant , originating from Philadelphia. Launch is expected in June 2014. Expect many different types of guacamole .
Amazing tacos and service. Price is not cheap but worth it! Must try Avo nation cocktail
Sometimes.es great spicy margaritas . Sometimes not so much. Pickled onions and jalapenos are dope. Tortillas very well done as well . Quality ingredients
Expensive AF... nachos were absolutely phenomenal and every chip had something melted onto it!!!! Rest of the food (enchiladas and various sides) were tasty and quite filling, but nachos were best
Been to the philly one many times and the NYC spot did not disappoint! Excellent service , delicious blood orange margaritas and tacos . Recommended.
Red sangria : bland. Blood orange margarita : delicious, would definitely order again. Nachos w/ chorizo : amazing. Grilled fish tacos : salty, overpriced. Atmosphere was great! I'd give it another try
Stopped in for some nachos after a bike ride to the GWB and back. Solid and the service was excellent. My husbands Eagle's cap scored us some freebies. We'll be back.
UD: The nachos have attained nirvana. They’re simple enough—cheese, beans, salsa , sour cream , onion , jalapeño and optional chorizo...special reinforced chips , designed to give you 100% nacho coverage.
The lunchtime burrito bar is the best - brown rice bowl with carnitas , queso , pico , kale , corn and pineapple salsa with quinoa crunch
Delicious clAssic margarita (get the pitcher ), nachos and fish tacos were very good.
The blood orange margaritas are awesome and you won't be disappointed in the pork belly tacos (never thought watermelon pickles would go so well in a taco )
Nacho mama and margaritas !! Yumm
Hot damnnn that chile relleno is good. The queso fundido ain't nothin to sneeze at either. Especially when you add on the habanero
Good margarita , well thought out (and huge) nachos dish. They also have an off menu guac dish that's pretty good.
The oxtail enchiladas were everything I hoped for. I had a cocktail with mango and jalapeño and it rocked my world.
Really friendly service , kid friendly , and overall a welcomed addition to the 'hood! Food is solid if obviously a bit americanized.
Cucumber mint cocktail was delish and refreshing - and crispy mahi mahi tacos were packed with flavor. Finish with some churros !
First time here: teething trouble at the bar . Fifth time here and bar service is like pulling teeth! Nachos are great but, you'll pay a price in patience!
Mezcal cocktails & the shareable taco station are great. Staff was chill and vibe was cool. I'd go back again.
Love this place. Great margaritas and good food.
The lunchtime burrito offering is a grown-up take on Dos Toros or Chipotle. Try the toasted pumpkin seeds .
Big portions , great mexican, best HUGE nachos , and... Right next to theater ! New fave place
Really great nachos which they serve on a pizza pan, thus creating more surface area for yummy toppings! Genius!
There's a general consensus that this place has some of the best nachos in NYC so definitely don't miss those!
grilled fish tacos and the raw tuna tostadas are great. serious tequila / anejo list.
The nacho 's look like a pizza ! But if you're planning on sharing them with just one other person- don't bother ordering an entree.
Get the tacos for two.. served a bit like fajitas , sizzling at the table and the steak was perfect.
Pricy but good tacos , esp the Mahi Mahi and the pork belly .
for dinner (perhaps before a movie next door): a mezcal margarita and the pollo asado .
Definitely get the nachos , corn and vanilla & mint ice cream . Wow.
Brunch : Blue Cornbread Benedict!
We ordered Tacos for 2 persons, one with chicken and one with beef . Basically it was fahitas style - you get a tortilla and fill it yourself. It was great. Waitress was slow and not interested much.
Don't forget to use the photo booth . And the pork belly tacos are delish
The food is very good here, especially the tacos !
I ordered a chicken burrito. Little meat, all rice & beans - Jonathan L.
The trio of guacamole is really good. And the steak is heavenly! - Stefan De Haes
Awesome chile relleno and fajitas! Must try the avocado margarita! - Eric Walling
Great tacos, churros, steak, and margaritas on their outdoor patio. The restaurant smells like fresh tortillas - heaven. - Kayleigh Harrington
One of the better and cleaner movie theaters in Manhattan. It’s actually beautiful here and I would chill here even when I’m not watching a movie. It’s really spacious and vast. - Sarah Kim
Northern Tiger offers the best regional Chinese dumplings, soup noodles and salads made with quality ingredients in Manhattan. - Caroline Chung
Wide variety of teas! Delicious desserts and so much to see and try! I’m loving this! ???? - Tania Platero
