Not a very good bubble tea place. Their bobba is very inconsistant in texture. Not worth it.

Been to a lot of coffee shops. Their espresso is some of the smoothest and best. The Gibraltar (cortado) is fantastic and served in a shot glass. I drive from Brookline just to get it with my wife. - Mike Wonho Hong
