Unbelievable that big Spanish hotel chains (specially business oriented like nh) continue neglecting quality and accessibility of the network as a key factor for customer satisfaction.
Rooms just redone, very nice. Now just fix wifi reception and we're good to go. Room service and modern restaurant across the street are both killer.
Clean and reasonably priced, but a bit far away from the centre and old town . Quite a lot of coffee shops and fruit stores nearby.
Breakfast good, Internet free, and bed, room, bath room all very nice. Supermarket , beach , university , down town & castle in easy reach. I enjoyed my stay.
Good location quiet and close to some restaurants and market . Nice staff but little bit slow. Room clean but it's took 48H to have a good wifi connection ????
Basically all is ok but nothing stands out. Ask for a room away from the elevators and i feel like the lower floors have newer rooms? Inform yourself!

Un poco lejos del casco Viejo, pero compensa el paseo ! Muy moderno , el desayuno exquisito y lo único que se hecha de menos es una recepción con sofás en la entrada.
Hotel muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones renovadas completamente y el desayuno muy completo para empezar bien el día, Destacar también la amabilidad del personal .

Hotel bien localizado. Limpio y ordenado. Habitaciones en primer piso horribles, coincidimos con una boda y se oia todo como si la fiesta fuera en la misma habitación . Desyuno espectacular.

Lovely film-themed hotel close to the river. The old town is about a 15 minute walk. Very friendly staff, nice rooms, many DVDs available to borrow, and a great guest-only lounge to work in if needed. - Virginia Field
Even though they have/advertise a family room it is not really that family friendly. You have to walk up stairs to get to the lift. Not ideal if you have a buggy. - Yvette Dolan
Pricey, but a room with a balcony overlooking San Sebastian, the cool sea breeze and the fresh mountain air make it worth the price. Brilliant views from the lobby bar! - Linet Frey-Toompere
Beautiful beach that’s a little less hectic than the other 2. Plenty of chair rentals & an easy swim to the docks in the bay. The best point to swim from if you are swimming to the island ????????????♀️ - Damian Bayona
