Good value hotel 4 the locale, but eat @ the Woktastic sushi & noodle bar at night. Full English breakfast should be 3, so shop around if it's offered. Decor in some rooms is a bit dated. Superb staff

George Watson

Could do with a face lift . Decor a bit dated. I have been coming here for the last 4 years and every we are told that this will be are last as the hotel is beibg demolished!

George MacD

Definitely faded quasi-grandeur but it's a clean and functional hotel with plenty of space in the rooms and comfortable beds .

Ian Jarvis

If using a debit card then you will be charged in advance for your room and you will not have access to in room movies etc... So to make your stay pleasurable use a credit card!

Penelope Broadbottom

Warm brownie with nuts and ice cream is amazing! Beware Caesar salad has copious amounts of anchovy .

David Potts

New Singaporean restaurant great. Good breakfast . But bedroom shabby with peeling decor, dodgy TV , broken lights. Service from staff excellent.

Otel.com

The authentic Oriental dishes at the restaurant are a definite must-try.

Martyn Jennings

If you can, choose another place to eat. The food is better if you venture away from the hotel . The hotel is superb value though.

ChargeBox

There's a ChargeBox here, so you can charge you're phone securely in one of the lockers- useful if you've forgotten to pack you're charger!

Penelope Broadbottom

George, the event/conference organiser, rocks :)

James

Their hokkian mee is good.

Stephen Penny

Asian restaurant is decent, but rooms are like stepping back in to 1971. Looks nothing like the contemporary decor shown in the pics on the website. Avoid.

Mike Kelly

Stayed here for 4 conferencees. Ever since the first occassion the service has gotten worse, the rooms less accessible, and smaller and this is the worst conference hotel I have used.

Mikey B

Has wifi ! No login needed, just search and join

Jay Jacobsen

DO NOT stay here. A 5am fire alarm showed that the staff has no ability to manage a serious crisis as they all disappeared leaving the guests to burn and die should there have been a real fire.

Hazel Bell

Ok, bit dated

Dave Conroy

Stayed here many times in the past and always good. Now has a decent Singapore restaurant with a lunch-time two course special if you're wandering past. Bar is cool, usually quiet , good place to work
