A new way eating soba with creamy chicken broth . It's very nice especially in winter. But the broth was getting fatty when it's cool down. Definitely worth a visit!

Second visit after a year. The broth was still creamy and rich. But I found a bit salty at the end. Anyway still recommend to visit XD

The tsukemen is beyond anything of this realm. Just eat it. Don't think, just slurp the frothy goodness. And the employees are nice, and not just for the sake of it.

Best ramen I’ve had im my life.

肥後橋 にあるオシャレなラーメン 店『鶏 soba 座銀』。鶏 白湯スープ は鶏 の旨味が凝縮されていてとても濃厚。 麺 は太めで少し縮れてます。トッピング されている鶏 チャーシュー 、メンマ 、シャキシャキの水菜、玉ねぎ、そして香ばしく揚げ られている牛蒡。 麺 とスープ にとても合います。店内カウンターのみ。雰囲気もオシャレで三味線のBGMが流れてます。鶏 soba 800円

食べ物を扱う事。食事の時間を過ごす場所である事。飲食店 は安心できる事が美味しい事と並んで重要だと思います。まず清潔感 があります。次に接遇が明るく朗らかです。それはホールから厨房のスタッフ まで統一されています。紙おしぼり〜カウンターの作りまで目を配っている事も伝わります。楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

限定そば 900円 いくら 蟹 アオサ あさり貝 焼きネギが乗っています。魚粉 の濃厚スープ で魚 貝も楽しめました。

ラーメン 巡りをしょっちゅうしますが、ここのラーメン は絶品です！つけ麺 も鶏 白湯もおいしかったです( ˆᴗˆ )

夜に数回行きましたが、たまに少し並びますが、10分も経たずに入れました。店内もきれいだし、女性1人でも入りやすいと思います。

鳥そば 並を頂きました。濃厚！ポタージュ 的な美味しいスープ もさることながらゴボウ の素揚げ！これは発明！

ラーメン もつけ麺 も美味しい。サイドの鳥ご飯 も美味しいです。

白く濃厚な鶏 だし の鶏そば 、絶対クセになります！

おしゃれ なトッピング とポタージュ のようなスープ (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))かなり美味です！
