Ok so I'm back and the improvements are incredible - we have been allowed to open a tab , the staff have been professional and attentive .
Last visit here we were unimpressed NOW I TAKE IT ALL BACK great service keep this up and you will see me again

Wow got asked to set up a tab I did with my card then had to walk back to the bar to order then got asked to pay for my order before I've had it what happened to my tab? What happened to table service
Beautiful decor but service shocking . Have pretty much been ignored since we took the menus. Won't let us run a tab sorry fullers but customer service is very very poor

Very well done. The museum doesn't rush you through, and they have workers dressed in traditional garb that explain, in depth, various aspects of life in the time of Shakespeare. A definite must see! - courtney schiela
For a very fair price, the backstage tours are well worth it for anyone with an interest in theatre. Very extensive and last just over an hour. Worth booking beforehand. Members discount available. - Sam Osborne
Excellent friendly service. Yummy food. Recommend the apple pie and clotted cream ice cream - Frank Millard
