be careful with HSBC or lose your money before your very eye . I lost 30,000,000 VND at Cong Hoa branch on Feb 6th 2014 when dealing with Nguyen thi Toan employee of this branch( HSBC )

security camera in HSBC is no more a toy for children , we can see nothing , it can;t recognize people and money so that employee stole money and it can;t see it

Service is really bad. The staff seems to be unorganized and not up to date on certain procedure.

They made me queue 30m to pay Credit inv. The best is not even OK!

Service has gone down significantly since last visit.

Very bad service compare to other local/foreign banks . Get the customers confuse, no assist anyhow. That why I no longer use its.
