The food at Bukhara is cooked in clay ovens or tandoor in the traditional style of the Indian North-West Frontier region. This style of cooking requires great expertise on the part of the chefs.

Delicious food in a social environment always makes for a great meal. I love the paneer tikka with their famous dal, along with some raita and the fantastic roomali roti . The naan is great too.
I think its number 1 in India! Be prepare to eat with your hands, so authentic place. You will not go wrong with the lamb and dal. Super delicious and defiantly worth the wait and money!!
Worth the hype! The food was delicious especially the dal makhani ????????
Great service and great food. The off menu mixed grill with the accompanying dhal, raita , onion salad , papadum and nan . A meal fit for a Maharajah!
As the country , even the restaurants are full of surprises! With an authentic atmosphere in a 5 star, best local food so far! Go for anything in the menu, put your apron on and use your hands!
Good indian food inside the ITC hotel .old northern indian cuisine cooked in original style on hot stones.you can see the kitchen from every seat.a bit expensive compared to standard indian
Great service, fast and good prices., the best choice for traditional Indian food .. everything was delicious well prepared, but very crowded .
A favorite among locals and tourists alike. The food (and meat in particular) is the best in town ...and arguably the country . Be sure to get the dal and kabobs #treatyoself
I had daal, beef kebab and chicken dish . It's not in the menu , but you can ask to have half of these in one dish. Try it with naan (braed). That was really delicious.
“We love that nothing about this place—the decor, the yogurt and cane-vinegar marinated barrah kebab (lamb )—has changed in 30 years. Best of all, you eat everything with your hands.” - Pilar Guzmán Read more
Delicious grilled chicken and of course dal. (They're known for their dal.) If you're a solo diner , they have a great set menu .
The best chicken tikka , amazing dal, outstanding lamb and pricey but totally worth it tandoori prawns . A Mumbai must visit and worth the wait to get in.
Best North Indian food I’ve ever had! Very helpful staff , explaining a lot about the food if you want. Decent ambiente ????????
Good food in a good setting. It is really top notch, but small rooms of improvement in every dish, before it calls itself one of the best in India. Lives up to its hype though.
The Naan Bukhara which is almost as large as the size of their table is their specialty and is worth a try if you are with a large group of 6-8 pax.
The food is just delicious! Definitely you should try the lamb and the lentil , the bread ... Everything is good! So prepare your hands and enjoy it!
If you are here do NOT forget to have the Presidential Platter. The best tender meat I have ever had so far. The best way to enjoy the food is to have it with your 'hands'.
Very good tandoori , restaurant have a no cutlery eating style. Do stay for their 'mint ' service where they will give sugar, coconut and seeds to chew on for a breath freshener!
Should challenge this, Naan Bukhara , they called it size of table. Very tasty with the dal and kebab !
Like it however its quite pricey and there is few options of food but still classy place to have a dinner and it is required to book a table in advance
Sikandari Raan & dal bukhara r the best.Desserts weren't up to the mark.Remember you don't have any curry(wet) items except dal,all others r dry.It takes 20hrs to prepare dal bukhara(info from waiter )
Rated one the best restaurants in Asia. A little pricy but amazing North Indian food . The best Naan I have ever had.
The Kebabs , lamb and chicken were excellent. Service was also very good.
Incredibly cheesy looking. Hella expensive . Totally worth it. P.S. You can just use the bib as a napkin, dork.
The food is in medium good level only despite of the fact that its in top 50 best restaurants in the world
Very good, but not materially better than other restaurants (especially for the price)
This place is kitschy , super expensive , and full of tourists . It also happens to be deeeelicious. The best meal I had in Delhi.
Barrah kebab (lamb ), Dal Bukhara (lentils ), butter naan
The tandoor paneer is literally the best I've had in the world. Eat it with your hands and acknowledge the experience.
Mind blowing seekh kebabs . I also loved the chicken reshmi tikka .just mound the prices. These 2 dishes put you back by 4600 bucks!!!
The food is amazing! The concept behind the place is that everything is made to be eaten by hand!
Very delicious but be prepared to eat without any silver wear.. They don't provide you with any silverware, its the restaurant 's tradition
Their leg of lamb is the most succulent I have ever tasted in Delhi. A big dish, make sure you share it with friends!
One of the finest Indian restaurants each and every dish was to perfection .. Love it
Delicious dishes prepared in front of you. The marinated chickens are especially tasty.
It was very interesting night. Nice place, delicious food and service. We liked
The best ever Indian Food I've tasted. It's the essence of Indian Food , must enjoy.

Lovely food especially the Dal Bukhara !
The aura seems to be nice. food are delicious there. worth to go.
Fantastic food. Supposedly the finest restaurant in Delhi. Watch out for pretentious Americans though..!
It has been really good. Do not be surprised and eat with your hands... It is cool!
The sweet lassi was the best I’ve ever had
Everything was excellent!
Amazing food, great service and fun atmosphere .
