Free Breakfast !!! Free Dinner !!! Woot !!! The WIFI is typical hotel speeds.... ugh. The staff is very friendly and is very helpful. They have a renovation planned so look for new rooms!
Yes they provide free breakfast . But they have no toothpaste, toothbrush in the washroom. They do not provide international plug either. All other hotels provide these as complimentary .
Somehow got a smoking room . Called and spoke with Scott. Not only did he switch my room, he gave me some Honors points. That's customer service.
Want a non smoking room ? Too bad, there aren't any. They say they only have 3 in the hotel but the AC circulates the smoke into every room. Even worse they won't do anything to make it right. Terrible
Free breakfast but no variety. Same menu everyday. Service very very poor. Rooms are a bit shabby, room service do not clean the rooms everyday.
