Nice concept, but the manicurists are not really good... I have been at Rouge Nail Bar 3 times (once on Crescent and twice on St.Laurent) and I ended up disappointed all 3 times.... Not going there ag

They make the concept sound fun but the manicures don't last nor do they do a good job. Very disappointing.
