So wonderful to be back in this very comfortable hotel ! Managed to squeeze in tennis and a swim before great fish and chips and sleep in comfy bed !

Enjoy this gem of a hotel before it closes and gets turned into expensive exclusive apartments ! Bar has fantastic views , good booze and food!

A fantastic location allows this hotel to escape major criticism however there's more than a hint of Fawlty Towers about the service and the bedrooms are tired.

Brilliant location and the view is perhaps enough of a reason to stay! Service needs work and sadly overall the place needs a pick me up. Come for a night but don't expect too much ????????????.

Idyllically located at the very tip of the Sandbanks peninsular. The Haven offers award-winning luxury from its acclaimed restaurants to its heavenly Spa .

We still love the Haven but service and staff issues overshadowed what could have been a perfect week xxx

Very good place to stay a weekend but the wifi service is terrible. For the price level of this hotel I expected a better connection. Even in the Lounge area and lobby, the signal is very poor.

It is a shame that they are woefully understaffed and that food service is downright poor with courses ordered at the same time coming up to half an hour apart !!!

Food good... View fabulous... Service absolutely terrible! Seriously... Just totally terrible! If it wasn't for the position and view no one would ever come here!
