Typical small room. Located in a quiet part of Akihabara but the surrounding area does have several local restaurants .
Decent room for the price. Small like every other place in Japan. Don't turn the vent on high - it's shared with smoking rooms, so you'll get an unpleasant smoke smell in the room if you do.
A single elevator and no stairs servicing a twelve floor hotel is a wild idea!
