Lovely view , world class service orchestration, highly skilled chef….but just not “best in the world” kinda vibe by the time u wrap . Get his signature sea bream for sure

Delicious excellently prepared seafood . Not a joyful place - staff and patrons do not smile. Everyone seems preoccupied with the fact it is 3 stars. But it doesn't live up to the others in the region.

Get a table with a view . The front tables get their food faster, but set aside three hours, at least.

Passédat has earned his 2 Michelin stars : fresh Mediterranean fish , which he prepares using reductions & vegetable jus like the steamed sea bass , decorated with zucchini and truffle , are masterpieces.

Overall comme ci comme ça. Chef Gérald Passedat is too egoistic to accept the feedback and admit one of his sauces was too salty for our taste. Ruined the whole evening
