Amazing food and nice selection of gin and beers

The bar formerly known as LYH. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, good range of drinks and good-quality food. My only gripe is that it no longer shows live football !

Regardless of the bad press, the staff are great and surroundings comfortable . Wow'd by great service actually.

Fish and chips were amazing. My other half would not recommend the burger as it comes raw in the middle. They do not advise that though.

If you own a leather jacket , a band t-shirt, have long hair, maybe a piercing/tattoo or two then this isn't the place for you as according to the owner you are bad for business....

Discriminating and rude pub owner who removed good customers based on how they were dressed for being a "bad look" for the pub 's image. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy a drink without judgement.

Music is shite :( why don't you play local bands such as Longsands?

Avoid like the plague. Manager discriminates against people based on the way they dress . Rock fans who used to go here are being refused entry/ejected as they are "not suitable".

Discriminating against "rockers", loyal customer or not, removing reviews on Facebook to keep this behaviour quiet . Appalling way to do business. What next, No Blacks No Irish? Shameful.

Brilliant Mexican food . Just ask for a mile chimichanga if you don't want heat. It's hot
