Attentive customer service. Friendly staff . Good location, beach front property. You can arrange for a private boat to the gili island 's. Breakfast selection is good but not much change in varieties.

The location is almost perfect. Close enough to the center of Senggigi to enjoy nightlife but quiet with nice garden and great pool. Beach could be better but just walk to the left end of the bay

Very clean beach , friendly and very helpful staff . Everything you need is nearby — local restaurants , supermarkets , diving center.

One of reachable paradise for your gateway. Not only the surrounding, i love the food at breakfast . Any kind of food are well served.

The garden , swimming pool is great, not very big beach but you can see the amazing sunset ! But the hotel is very old - small rooms, the wall has bad sound prove! Their Spa is super unprofessional!

If you take the damri bus from the airport it stops at happy cafe . Go straight on, follow the road until the art market . Then it's quite near. The local people are confused by the names of the hotels .

Nice beach front . Lack of paip from beach to your hotel room. My executive balcony was a bit dusty tho. Breakfast was soso. Thus, i had a good and comfy stay overall.

Do not miss the sunset ...it's heavenly beautiful

The pool is very small, and everything else is pretty standard. My room's AC smells bad and the compulsory new year dinner is not satisfying. But the pool villa is really nice.. :)

Eat, drink and more here, do not forget sleep and swim . yiihaaa!.

This place was amazing with great pool and deluxe room.

Get Deluxe Seaside Terrace room  they have connected room for kids too. We dont want to be "disturbed", dont we? 

Very old but well taken care hotel . Twice power failure in one night. Was there for wedding the food SUCKS !!! Shame on you Sheraton.

Check the aircond, we were at the 3rd level room but have to move to the 1st level which is sux, and not as nice as the first room.

I don't know the other massages . But Never take the warm oil massage at their Spa - super boring and super unprofessional!! We (me and hubby) took many massages , yesterday was the worst one ever!!
