KAI in Isabela is right on Jobos Beach . Parking is not the best, but it is a very good environment to enjoy the surf nearby in a non-air conditioned, covered wooden deck.

This place has changed names and administration a few times now but I guess you cannot beat the view during lunch and early dinner so they keep reopening!

Nice place, better than the ones before at this very same building, good atmosphere. The menu is limited and all over the place at the same time... deserves a revision.

This place have passed through a bunch of owners. Yet, it doesn't mean that jaw dropping views will change soon.

They are super slow and the wait staff will not check on you. Food will take a longtime to get to you. Go there for drinks, those are fast.
