This is no longer sign posted as TOP BEEF it is now all in Thai but look out for the Pepsi sign and a huge hall (on a stage) and a buffet in the middle. Really good value here!!
This has now changed to a Thai BBQ place , not very recognisable from the outside so look for a raised stage hall that has 100s of seats / tables on. You won’t be disappointed it is delicious

Very nice marinated ribs and good stone nice. The style of the grill with real charcoal is unique. Service is so so, they have plenty of people they are just young and not well trained. - Tom M
