There's usually a couple clearance racks at the end of the registers. They only seem to offer samples in the deli section nowadays, minimal in produce.

They make indulgent homemade pie slices, muffins, donuts, pastries, etc. Check the baskets by the hot food counter, always some marked down snacks. Dig in! - Alex
