Miso base with the minced meat should be the best bet here.
Only appeared nice on pics but taste wise, one of the worst Ramen . Indeed overrated at Raman Alley. None of them were good. -Penang Kia Food Critique-

有一个很漂亮的中国小姑娘在里面打工。酱油拉面和味囎拉面都很好吃。到北海道的第一餐，嗲啊。
