On WVU football game days, park here and take the shuttle to the stadium . Round trip fee is $3. Shuttle buses start 2 hours before kickoff and run as necessary after the game.
Don't expect an actual "mall " - it's more a collection of thrift stores , senior facilities, and restaurants that are never open.
