Old town Kotor has a unique atmosphere: the streets are narrow and clean ( I heard they still wash it with soap), old houses and steps, nice cats ;) it's very nice to walk there-you feel special

Climbing up the fortress is a must. Best picture spot is somewhere in the middle though.. You also get the town on it. Beautiful place!

Everything is great! Much more authentic then Budva Old Town . Don't forget climb on ancient fortress "Sveti Ivan" (3 euro, 1350 steps, take water).

Very nice and cosy, streets are very narrow in some places. Not that big, you can walk the whole city around in 2 hrs at the most. There are many restaurants and bars to enjoy your drink in the sun.

Small but pretty cool town , winter is best for visiting summer is best for partying. Climbing the fortress is a MUST. Try cherry pie , a local famous dessert .

Climbing up the mountains to the fortress is nice, but technically you'll have better views just by driving up the mountains towards Cetinje. Tip for the lazy ones with the car :)

It took thousands of stairs upward but i came across one of the most complete perfect scenery in every aspect in my lifetime. I felt like i was reborn on the top of the world

Beautiful and huge old town . Squares with many restaurants , beautiful churches and amazing view from the top- if you dare to climb the inumerous steps.

This castle MUST be seen once. Free entrance, many old church , with plenty of shops to see. But if you want to walk up to see the upper castle you must pay 3€ per person, it takes 1 hour to go up.

Impressive area. You should visit all streets both in day and night. Good cafes and restaurants , always dynamic.

An amazing experience. Like a pint sized Old town Dubrovnik , much more compact and Venezian instead of Croatian. Wish I'd had more time, cause this was a lot to see in too short a time!

Always nice to come back to this neighborhood . But i always go at evenings, cause its too hot in city during summer days.

Beautiful! But totally crowded by tourists that come flooded in from the cruise ships.

I really liked the old town and small islands of Kotor Bay and the church of island ...took lots of pics...hope 2 see again in the future...

the town , the wall and the buildings looks soso cool, cats are everywhere, careful tho with the steps on the way to the wall, they're slippery

Fairytale kinda place with all the old buildings . Protected by UNESCO. Can get loud & too crowded .
