INCREDIBLE hotel ...reminds me of an Embassy Suites with the large interior foyer surrounded by 8 floors of rooms. Plus, room service , a pool, and pet friendly
The front desk help are awesome.. I've stayed here off and on for my away from home terminal for a few yrs now.. Always a joy to come back and see their smiling faces..
Clean & great service! Wifi on the 7th floor was poor. Wish the hot tub was warmer but the pool and tub were clean . Also wish they had free breakfast .
Its best to stay on the top floor that way if its a bunch of kids you can't hear them all night
If you like your kids recorded by employees on their cell phones and then getting into an argument with the employee and the manager when you ask why they're recording it, this is the place for you.
Had to move rooms twice, ac did not work so it was boiling hot. First room had a leaky ceiling, second room had a leaky floor,water leaked all over our clothes , but they washed them for us.
Don't look at the music videos ..I looked at two music videos and it cost $16.23....ridiculous
