The employees are super nice and great at customer service. Bagels are the ideal ny bagels - big, fluffy, soft web when toasted. Whole wheat comes in everything and sesame and they're pretty good.

The guy who owns it is super great and always goes out of his way to say hi to me. He's a Yankee fan so we can't all be perfect but he's a good guy.
