People line up as early as 9-10pm but OUTSIDE the premise. Meaning along the road. This isn't safe for everyone. We went 3am, tons of applicants are already outside. I suggest be early.

Just go before 730am to be able to get a prio number that's near the cut off number then go back in the afternoon when it's almost closing so you don't have to wait too long.

Passport already expired should bring there NSO and valid ID's but for passport close to be expired(not yet expired) don't need any of those just the old passport itself. Passport renewal!
