One Landmark of the city of Kyiv. It used to be the main entrance to the city back then. Nowadays, the ruins of the ancient gates are kept beneath the exact replica of this landmark . #TravelingKyiv

Generally, in Ukraine definitions, titles are in their language so for foreign people it doesn't make sense. I would recommend the national museum rather than Golden Gate.

Best time to get great shots in the afternoon, couple hours before sunset . Think 4 pm this time of the year (mid-March).

Exterior is way better then interior. Nothing interesting inside. Good view from balconies . Movie that being played from dvd player is available only in Ukranian Language.

Одно из моих любимых исторических мест в Киеве. Вокруг бурлит современная жизнь, а это место очень уютное и приятное, не знаю почему.

Любезный охранник за 20 грн. впустил в музей после его закрытия, ночью) Чудесная возможность прикоснуться к стенам 11 века ! А на смотровой площадке вам откроется безумно красивый вид на ночной город )

Прекрасное место для прогулки ! Внутри есть музей , снаружи небольшой сквер где выступают ребята с живой музыкой , также всегда стоит машина с кофе , так что берите и наслаждайтесь!!!

Внутри памятки есть музей . Кафе у фонтана рекомендовано к посещению в теплое время года. Памятник Ярославу Мудрому, бронзовый кот и палатка с натуральным вкуснейшим мороженым тут же на пятачке.

Музей , который открывается каждые 100 лет. Сверху - красивая оболочка с многоярусными обзорными площадками . А внутри - церковь , музей , и остатки древних ворот, с выцарапанными древними матюками:)))

Могу сидеть здесь часами, очень приятная атмосфера, много людей, и конечно же, поражают своей красотой Золотые Ворота. Любимое место в Киеве ????

вход для взрослых: 30 грн., внутри особо нечего смотреть, но интерес должны вызвать многочисленные смотровые площадки , вам же нужны новые кадры в ваш Инстаграм?

Прекрасное место, испорченное, изуродованное палатками . Не может житель Киева поставить здесь палатку , не может житель Киева купить что-то в этой палатке .

Берешь кофе , садишься в парке на лавочку пиная ногой каштаны и опавшие листья, смотришь на Золотые Ворота и вдыхаешь аромат старины и 21 века одновременно. Место где время замирает на долю момента.

Внутри есть музей . Не то, чтобы очень сильно впечатляющий, но если вы уже тут, то зайти на 20 минут стоит. Ночью тоже можно договориться с охраной.

Сейчас в Киеве мода на наскальную живопись . Получается великолепно, есть на что глянуть! Фасады домов преображаются!
