Best sunset ever!! Very Nice island . A bit touristic . Gili Air and Gili Meno are less touristic and more romatic. You should definately do the snorkling 3 island trip for 100k IDR a person.

Trawangan is a nice place for party with good and bad sides. The main street is full of expensive places. Enter the village to find little warung (not at the so called "art market ")

Must do: Diving with Blue Marlin , Snorkling , Ride a bike , Visit the sunset part of the island , eat at night seafood market ! ????????✈️

This place is great if locals have its own identity instead of looks a like foreign tourist to approach 'em. I heard this land is famous with 'island with thousand mosque ' but totally cannot see it ????

Snorkel @ 3 Gili Islands is IDR100k/pax fr 10.30am-3.30pm. Start @ beach near the mosque . 3 spots (30 mins each), lunch on Gili Air (own cost), choose 2-mask/flipper/lifejacket. Turtles and fish .

Try local food at art market . Recommended is red snapper fish , the giant one (for 3 people) cost 90k n free rice n plecing. Also the martabak Pak Rahmat (he is from Malang) the best in the island :)

Pure paradise. Only bikes and horses. Incredible place. Snorkelling just off the coast is a must, or off Gili Meno for some turtle action. Food is great most places. Stay for longer than intended.

You will find the best pizza on GiliT at Easy Cafe . Make sure to get around the island at least once, beautiful and takes only 2h by foot.

Great place for a party. 2 to 4 days max! You can cycle around the island in 90 minutes and maybe walk around it in 4 hours. Don't miss the sunrise and sunset !

The island is building up very quickly,have a feeling won't recognize the island in a couple of years.Nevertheless,it's good island with close connection to Bali, nice dive spots and varied nightlife.

I would spend only two days here and then book a place in Gili Meno to enjoy the water and quiet beaches . Yin house is affordable , stylish and on the beach

To reach the island u get ride a boat (19 person). When got there, u can use bicycle to surround the beach . Many cafe&resto, food is good and fresh. U can rent boat, diving equipments etc.

Gili is tons of fun! Fresh seafood , great diving, beautiful beaches , cheap accommodations and fun nightlife. How come it's so far from home?

You may experience power outage mostly in evening till night; some may happen short & some may lasting long in some part of the island . Oversupply happen when nightlife begin perhaps..

Diving with Blue Marlin Dive, try local food at Kiki Novi in the market , cycle round the island and in time for sunset at sunset point.

Hansaplas harga 2rb. Wakakaka everything going expensive . Come in low seasson u will get half price for the hotel . Try to walk arround the island u need 3hours to do that!

Great snorkelibg.. If you like to party and hang out w/people this one is the right island . Otherwise go to gli mena or gli air..

Gili Trawangan is a beautiful place but if i had known the disgusting boat -semayan company-we had to take and being like sardelle inside i would have never gone through with it. Too hippish for me

Go and rent a bike . Stop on the sunset side to take a fresh coconut and enjoy the view of the beautiful blue see.

Another archipelago in Lombok Area, good for snorkling or diving. Very nice spot for sunrise & sunset (find by yourself). Fresh seafood in Pasar Seni (Traditional Market ). Here is my sunrise :)

Gili Trawangan is not the Maldives or Fiji kind of beauty you would expect. There's a lot of garbage on the beach . A nice place but no must-see.

Now, it is too commercial.. Thanks to you 'bule', we locals should bargain the prices harder..

If you are looking for desert island feeling take west side! but supposed it can be quiet and very dark at night. Enjoy your stay.

First choice to stay if u go to lombok, much cleaner beach , best view and located on separated island ! p.s. : banyak bulenya jga loh :p

Its a low season,so try to find better accomodation no more then 250k per night with ac ,fresh and hot water,its the time where you can find nice place with low price

To do list here:Try the wonderful bbq seafood @ one of the cafe/restaurant, Go to the bar from 9pm onward, Snorkle @ the beach , and try to dive here! It's really worthed!

Beautiful island . Beautiful sea. Lots of hotels and bungalows from cheap to expensive . But do not expect any good restaurant on the island !

The best place for snorkeling - the beach in front of Gracia Villa (north part of the island )

The corals, anemones and fishes are colorful. You have to snorkel here and see them yourself. Watch out for the boat people, sometimes they will cheat and try to make you pay more money for boat trip.

Careful for the coral reefs ! Rent a bike , see the whole island ! And remember, diving!!
