I order to-go maybe 3 times a week and notice same thing. Crews do not smile, serve slow, and impolitely making a face like you owe them the food you ordered. Don't give 'customer service' a bad name.
New competition of Jollibee and Biggs in this area. Typical Chowking, nothing special.
Service is slower than a turtle in a race.
