I am more into history and that is why Jerash is included in my list of destination. This is where the Romans used to settle and lived and hence built this ancient city .

we stayed at Hadrian's Gate which was just By the enterance from the south Gate, a very clean and nice place, staff is great, location is great you just walk to the ruins of jerash in 5minutes

Don't use the tour guides at the start of the tour , it's just a trick. Once you pass the first part there are a small store that hire real tour guides.

Spending the day in Jerash is to reveal some ancient times. There are a lot of history lessons that you will learn: among the Roman columns, temples and paved streets.
